How Our Care Process Works
Simple, supportive, and centered around your comfort.
Appointment REquest & Intake
Patients can receive care by walking into the clinic, scheduling an appointment online, calling the office, or connecting through a telehealth visit. Upon arrival or check-in, staff collect essential demographic, insurance, medical history, and presenting concern information.
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
A psychiatric provider conducts a thorough assessment to evaluate the patient's symptoms, mental health history, current concerns, risk factors, and immediate treatment needs. When appropriate, family members or caregivers may participate in the evaluation.
Treatment & Stabilization
Based on the evaluation, the provider develops an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication management, brief therapeutic interventions, crisis stabilization, safety planning, referrals, or coordination with other healthcare providers.
Follow-Up & Continuity of Care
Before discharge, patients receive recommendations for ongoing treatment and follow-up care. When appropriate, appointments are scheduled with outpatient providers or Arise Psychiatric Medical Group to ensure continuity of care and long-term support.
