Arise Psychiatric Urgent Care (“Arise,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your Protected Health Information (“PHI”). We understand that your medical and mental health information is personal, and we are dedicated to safeguarding it in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), the HIPAA Privacy Rule, the HIPAA Security Rule, the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (“CMIA”), and other applicable federal and California laws. 

Because Arise Psychiatric Urgent Care specializes in behavioral healthcare, certain mental health records may receive additional confidentiality protections under federal or California law. When additional legal protections apply, Arise Psychiatric Urgent Care will comply with those requirements.
